Delivery throughout the UK via Royal Mail is included in our prices.

We will usually confirm delivery with you prior to despatch, so when placing your order please ensure that you give us accurate contact details.

We aim to despatch most orders within seven working days unless you contact us to arrange a specific delivery date. However we cordially request a minimum of six weeks notice for bespoke and personalised orders.

We aim to despatch requested product samples within 48 hours.

However in certain circumstances, such as orders requiring bespoke services or materials which have to be specially ordered by us, the despatch time will be accordingly delayed.

The cost of product samples ordered by you may be deductable from the final cost of larger orders. If in doubt please contact us for details.

In the case of personalised products, please check any text carefully at the time of ordering. Mistakes due to customer error cannot be rectified and we are unable to refund or exchange such items.

Orders for butterfly releases will only be carried out in accordance with specific terms and conditions which are separate to the terms and conditions laid out on this page.

In addition to our secure online shop, orders may be placed by telephone or e-mail and customers will be invoiced accordingly. Orders will be processed and despatched either upon receipt of payment or at a pre-arranged specific despatch date.
